  • Come as you are, all are welcome. It’s a quick introduction of who you are, what your needs are, what you would like to work through. You get to ask me questions too!

  • Think of an intake as an “appe-teaser” into you life. Just little bites of different parts of your life: why therapy/why now, mental health history, family history, social life history, cultural background or considerations, educational background, etc.

  • It depends. Especially for starting a new therapeutic relationship, research shows weekly is best. Think of it as developing a new skill, new dating relationship, new anything… it requires frequency and consistency to deepen. We will collaborate on frequency.

  • Because you deserve to feel better. You deserve to prioritize your health, strengthen skills, be able to let go and have permission to exist as the best version of yourself.
