Hi, I'm Ivanna, an anxiety and trauma therapist for Gen Z and Millenials who are tired of just getting through it.
I specialize in helping people-pleasers, overthinkers, and high-functioning adults heal anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and the relationship patterns keeping them stuck. I offer traditional talk therapy, walk & talk therapy, and also EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
